Going paperless was a challenge, especially with reviewers that were not big users of technology. The system proved to be very user-friendly and has simplified the process tremendously while reducing our need for storage space!

More importantly, she was timely in her responses to my inquiries. If there was ever any uncertainty, the team moved quickly to escalate up the chain to expedite a resolution quickly.

Being the system administrator, I have
a huge appreciation for the reporting functions. We typically receive over 5,000 individual scholarship applications in a year. Some of our scholarships receive hundreds of applications apiece - and now we can export all of that information into a spreadsheet that can be manipulated by category. What a time saver!
