As a new customer, we occasionally experience a few bumps, as is typical with any new process, but the support team addresses my questions and issues in a timely manner. In one instance, the support team solved the problem within one hour and included instruction to assist me with next steps!
My questions are answered while also receiving additional hands-on training. I appreciate their consistent friendliness and helpfulness.
The support team is an outstanding source of information and support. The team is helpful with walking me through changes that need to be made, providing additional guidance and suggestions.
They even provide support to our applicants and reviewers! All experiences with the support team have been positive - I have nothing negative to say.
