Everything felt accessible, and the tutorial videos made it easy to learn. Post-implementation, things have continued to run smoothly.

We did a few training sessions, but we’ve never had issues with anything not working. When we didn’t understand things immediately, they were typically very intuitive to figure out, especially with the help center already on the website.

AwardSpring has made a positive impact on our students, too. We’ve definitely seen the number of scholarship applications increase.

The site really aids in the student application process, because they can start and stop their applications whenever they want, and they get reminders about things like essay deadlines. Overall, our favorite thing about AwardSpring is definitely how user-friendly and accessible it is, both for staff and for students.

It’s easy for us to search the platform for individual scholarships or students, and everything is intuitive, we never feel like we have to hunt around on the website for anything that we need. Switching over to AwardSpring has absolutely been for the better.
