As our scholarship program continued to grow and the number of applications we were receiving continued to increase, we started looking for an online platform to help us manage the process. We wanted to eliminate the possibility of human error that comes along with paper shuffling as well as reduce administrative overhead and paper waste.
We compared three or four scholarship management options and decided AwardSpring was the best option for a number of reasons: the price was competitive, our sales contact was friendly and responsive, the platform seemed easy to use, and all of the references we spoke to were very pleased with their experience with AwardSpring. The SpringBoard implementation process was smooth and there was someone there every step of the way.
They did most of the work in configuring our site but made sure to walk me through each step in the process to make sure I was confident using the software. The comprehensive support and training I received during the SpringBoard process was a huge comfort, especially for someone like me who isn’t much of a tech person.
The initial training was thorough and the software is so easy to use that now I feel comfortable making changes on my own. The day-to-day support I receive is outstanding!

They love that we’re not killing a bunch of trees! I recognize that it must be a challenge to keep the software simple, but useful, for the various types and sizes of their customers but they somehow manage to do it.
