We had a huge increase in application volume when switching from our homegrown system to a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform simply because of the ease of use. On top of that we saw an increase of 70-80 more applications since implementing the AwardSpring platform. Despite the increase in applications, there were very few students reaching out to us with questions or issues. I would absolutely recommend AwardSpring to any university currently using a homegrown system.

AwardSpring support is awesome, tremendous, and consistent. I have complete confidence working with AwardSpring and the support team. Every interaction is a positive experience even when I need a simple question answered. The support team resolves issues and solves my problems very quickly and I appreciate the constant flow, open communication, and updates. I always feel in the loop.
I appreciate that our feedback as a school is valuable to the AwardSpring team. This is important because I felt like my opinion was being heard. I’m also a sounding board for other people utilizing the platform and their opinions are vital as well. The value that AwardSpring places on its customers is something that isn’t seen very often these days.

Using a homegrown system as an administrator was a nightmare, but it was also a nightmare for the students. AwardSpring is a positive experience on both the admin and student side.
